We use not just any olive oil, we use award winning Adhara Evoo

We use not just any olive oil, we use award winning🏆 and locally made🇿🇦 ADHARA EVOO @adharaevoo. LOVE LIFE, LOVE ADHARA.
ABOUT ADHARA:
After a long hard day of harvesting olives, Venishree and Juergen love nothing better than to sit on the terrace, breathe in their breath-taking vista (an eye-cocktail of mountains, vineyards and groves) and express gratitude for the people in their lives and to nature that always gifts them so selflessly.
The name takes inspiration from the binary star Adhara, one of the brightest stars visible in the starry sky during the time of our harvest. Adhara can be seen in both the Southern and Northern hemispheres representing Venishree and Juergen’s places of birth; their relationship being a union of different continents, cultures and languages.
The little Springbok, a truly South African national emblem represents the South African origin of ADHARA EVOO, a proudly South African product. There are wild naughty springboks who visit the farm to take shade in the olive groves and who, in early spring, sneakily indulge in some of the buds on the vines.
ADHARA EVOO is our premium quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil grown and produced in the beautiful valley of Tulbagh in the Western Cape of South Africa, with an excellent terroir for olives and vines. The fruits are sun-kissed with glorious warm days in summer and drastically cold days in winter (yep, we have snow down here too).
The award-winning extra virgin olive oil is obtained directly from hand-picked olives and produced by the method of first cold extraction, using select varietals (Favolosa, Leccino, Mission and Frantoio), resulting in an excellent balance of fruit, peppery aftertaste and bitterness.
ADHARA EVOO has been independently tested for chemical compliance to world standards.
