When I lived in Singapore 
I was all about the salads 
for lunch. There were our two favourite spots which were near the office. There was either the cheap salad corner
or the expensive 
salad stop.

There was either the cheap salad corner or the expensive salad stop.My then colleague and friend Janice @janice.yhloh was a big fan of the expensive salad spot which had the most amazing salad dressing/sauce. This No. 9 Almond Chipotle Sauce is inspired by the taste explosion of this dressing that I used to eat on the regular. It can be used as a sauce on the side of a dish, as a dip, spread or even as a salad dressing. Due to Covid this Salad Shop closed down as it was downtown near the business district. With the office crowd not frequenting work spaces anymore I presume this is why the had to sadly close down. This recipe and sauce is a tribute to them and the amazing food that they used to craft.

There are no artificial preservatives, it is gluten free and lactose free and therefore also #vegan.
