Masala and chilli pickle roasted cauliflower

 INGREDIENTS

1 head of cauliflower
1 tbs No. 8 Indrani's Masala
2 tsp No. 1 Danny's Chilli Pickle
3 tbs olive oil
salt

 

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
2. Cut cauliflower into bite size florets
3. Add No. 8 Masala, No. 1 Danny's Chilli Pickle and olive oil to a bowl and mix.
4. Add cauliflower and a pinch of salt to the bowl and mix until well coated.
5. Arrange cauliflower in prepared baking tray (make sure that you have an evenly spaced single layer of cauliflower)
6. Bake for approximately 25min until cooked and slightly crispy.

Serving suggestions:

1. Serve with No. 4 Sweet Mango Dipping Sauce and serve as a finger food.
2. Add to rocket and drizzle with No. 6 Maple Cayenne Dressing to serve as a salad.
